You answered your own question. Because our Constitution is designed to limit the power of the federal government and ascertain the rights of the people and states. Federal government is out of control, spending not only our hard-earned money, but the money future generations of United States citizens will earn. They are over-stepping their boundaries with legislation like the CommieCare bill. They look at our Constitution as an obstacle to get around, not the law they must abide by. If we don't stop them now, what happens to our freedom?
