That sounds doable, depending on what area you are in. It would be nice to offer two different packages, and maybe even offer a price scale depending on the size of the party.
I think you can plan a simple but fun Standard tea party package, then market the other as a Premium or Deluxe, or Super Spoiled Brat Pack.
If you had a lower price standard package, you could possible make the package you have now more upscale, depending on the average incomes of your area.
The key would be making the package low cost yet appealing so that you'd take in 1.5-2 low cost tea parties for every higher cost tea party you lost, or you wouldn't get your bills paid.
I'd be good about marketing the higher cost one, or people would default to the low cost one because the option is there.
