Republican platform:
Smaller government
Strong military
Lower taxes
Personal responsibility
Equal treatment under the law, for all citizens.
Personally, I would like to see "legal immigrants only" added.
I would also like to see a constitutional ammendment defining marriage as a union between a man and a woman ONLY.
I also believe there is only one race, the human race. Skin color doesn't matter.
I would be just as happy to see a conservative with any skin color in political office.

Would I join it ? No ! Did you forget it was the DEMOCRATS who started the KKK ? The Republicans pushed to free the slaves, while the Democrats wanted to continue to enact it.Their page may say a lot about what conservative/republicans believe in, but that is NOT what the party is for. The KKK is racist.
