There's a lot of that going around lately. They are getting carried away with the political correctness. Some people want to change the wording in the Huckleberry Finn book cause it contains some offending words, the book was written back in the day when this was a different world and it should be left alone. Pretty soon they are gonna rewrite history books to suit their purpose.

Who cares what the socialists think. Their demonization means absolutely nothing, and we in the Tea Party should merely just laugh in their face and remain focused. They're launching a site called crashtheteaparty.org coming shortly before tax day, and I'm sure that state-control media will interview one of these individuals as an "actual tea party member".

that's terrible and it is not grass roots at all. nor does it even seem american. it sounds fascist to me. all these rules being set for a grass roots movement. rules being set is not even the concept of a grass roots movement and certainly not a tea party. what is the concept behind a tea party? think of the real boston tea party and you know. it is a rejection of the taxing, ruling class.

the republicans are exactly like the democrats in that this bunch has set something up to force people to follow its set of rules, not to think independently of a party. here, the party is a choke around your neck. do what we say, not what you think [is american]. like, don't think for yourselves and change anything in this country (as the framers would have it), but be corralled into OUR idea of what government is.

in this case, it would be sarah palin. i'm sorry to tell you all that i do not think sarah palin is worth my vote. i couldn't believe the vapidness between her two ears when she commented on alaska, the state she governed, being so close to russia: 'sometimes we can even see it.' now how dumb is that? it is only THE most strategic point on the planet! russia is only 60 miles away from the united states up there. and who do we vie with for power? russia!

john mccain, another republican (so he said), is a shame to the republican party. he is the major legislator that worked with teddy kennedy to create the latest amnesty bill, another congressional bill document greater than 1,500 pages that the congressmen hire others to read for them and to present to them in meetings. who pays for that? you do, when you give money to the likes of these traitors to the republican party. mccain also (didn't you see this, at the end of the presidential campaign?) almost bowed down to roll out a red carpet for the New World president, obama--what a traitor to his party.

do you think that an oath of voting with The [tea party of TN] Pack of Illusionists is going to give you liberty? do you think that they will honestly and fearlessly vote for your interests? aw, c'mon, folks! a grass roots movement and the tea parties are all evidence that we do not kowtow to the Ruling Parties at all anymore and that we want to see the united states be what it was back when it got formed out of rebellion for the rulers back in the 1700s: england. i would not bother going to that dinner, i can spend my very hard-earned money for the true cause or for the only one in congress that truly supports it: ron paul (or his son, rand).
