Patsy Said:
April 15th, tax day - Tea Party Day - taxation without representation.......?We Answered:
The current crop of politicians inhabiting (infesting?) our Congress don't represent me at all, nor do they really represent the interests of the American people, as a whole. They represent cronies and special interests, and squander the taxpayers' money in ever-increasing amounts, lining the pockets of the afore-mentioned and their own pockets in the process.
The huge taxes have only begun, we're going to see gigantic increases to pay for the stupid bailouts, which are only keeping failed and incompetent fatcat executives in their cushy jobs, with their bloated salaries and benefits, and it's still,"business as usual."
Rewarding failure only produces more failure.
The government construction projects will also be a fiasco, an open invitation for corrupt contractors to drive up costs even more---we're going to see even bigger cost overruns than the usual government waste.
Enough is enough. We pay huge taxes and simply can't afford it anymore; we have to live within our budgets, and it's time to force the government to do so, they've had a blank check for too long, and since all of them are wealthy, they have no concept of the value of a dollar.
The politicians, like Geithner, don't even pay their own taxes, the huge taxes that they saddle the rest of us with!
The average American is only seen by the government as a bottomless source of money for them to squander.
Until the taxpayers/voters wake up and finally say NO, it won't change.
