What Is The Tea Party 2010
Nathaniel Said:
Modern Tea Party and the 2010 Census? We Answered:
The Tea Party movement supports constitutionally limited government, and free markets. It's anti-stimulus, anti-deficit, and anti-bailout. I'm not sure about the census crap. I agree with you. It seems crazy that people are paranoid about it.I think it has a lot to do with the combination of people who know nothing about economics, and a few politicians (mostly Sarah Palin) who are spouting nonsense that these people are blindly following. Anger about the current state of the economy is probably playing into it as well.
Dianne Said:
Now that Americans have turned against the Democrats, will the Tea Party politicians take Congress in 2010?We Answered:
the Tea Party does not have its own candidates, but rather is piggy-backing successful Republicans who agree with their politics.if the Tea Party actually nominates one of their own candidates (which I have yet to see or hear happening), you MIGHT have a point, even a small one.
However, even if you did raise A candidate, that is not enough to totally swoop out the democratic party.
Personally, I think you'll see that the Tea Party loses momentum once their corporate sponsorship dries up.
Roberta Said:
What is the Tea Party everyone is talking about in 2010-2011 ?We Answered:
They are a group of a anti-government, constitutional revolutionists who want to preserve the status quo. Which means they want to make sure nothing changes besides the amount of money the government is spending. You may ask why they weren't around when Bush was president, but I don't have the answer to that either.
Marcia Said:
What is the impact of the Tea Party? in the 2010 election? We Answered:
They split up the Republicans, thereby enabling theDemocrats to keep control of the Senate.
