Bob Said:
What does the voter turnout in OH. both the Dem and Rep primaries mean to you ?We Answered:
First part: it tells me the Democratic party is more motivated about their choice of candidates.Secondly, you will see a drop in voter participation once a Democratic candidate is selected. Why? Many will be upset with the selection and choose not to vote.

What was the % of voter turnout? We Answered:
Numbers are still being crunched, but it looks to be somewhere between 60.7 and 62.6% of the voting age population (by which I mean the Americans who are eligible to vote, whether they registered or not). It'll be a few weeks before we figure out the total number of votes, but the voter turnout % will be harder to pin down, because people use different estimates as to how many are in the voting age population.
The best way to judge is to check a source that lists voter turnout %s for many elections over the years.

What do you think the voter turn out will be like in 2008?We Answered:
It is too early to estimate what the turnout will be. Until the candidates are known it would only be a guess. President Bush will be gone so a lot will depend on who steps up on the Republican side. For now it is wide open for both parties. Your guess is probably as good as the most consciences pollster at this time.Tamara Said:

Would voter turnout increase by 30% if we ended the winner take all and split states up by percentages? We Answered:
DUMP the electoral college. A direct vote by the people. Since votes matter and not key states, everyone has a say in matters
