OK, I am an Obama supporter and I don't like when unfounded rumors are toward him. It doesn't make it right doing it back. Yes, Todd Palin was a member of the AIP, and yes, Sarah denies belonging. It makes sense to me. Todd IS after all, Part Native Eskimo. HOWEVER, everything I have read about the AIP, NOTHING resembles terrorism. Do they hate the continental US? You betcha (wink) Do they want to secede? By golly yep! Do they want to hurt the Continental US? ABSOLUTELY NOT! They just want no part of us! The article you link doesn't even mention terrorism, so where do you get that point??? Don't do the republicans any favors by acting like them and spread rumors. That's sad. And it's just not true.

EDIT: If you want to go after them for belonging to a party that doesn't want to be part of the US (therefore, how can they be just like the 'regular joes and hockey moms and be 'just like us'), then that's a different story. But to claim he is a terrosrist or that party is a terrorist group, is just wrong.

Clearly palin protested because she knew it to be true. She was dumb in going about surpressing it.

Yes, she was a member in 1994, at the national level it is affiliated with the conservative Constitution party. Sarah Palin registered Republican in 1996. She has a very impressive resume, and conservatives as well as independents and moderates find her a welcome change from the Washington as usual policies.
