Is it constitutional for Arizona to overturn law requiring voters show proof of citizenship? We Answered:
You forgot about two things. The Ninth Circus Court of Appeals is the most overturned Circuit Court in the Nation when things are brought before the Supreme Court.
and
Isn't it convenient that they made this decision just days before the election is to be held so there won't be time to appeal?
They might not be able to get that pro-illegal decison overturned in time, but there isn't any law saying that can't have State immigration officials at the polling stations.
BTW: Guess which party it was that created the National Voter Registration Act and made registering so easy even illegals can sign up? If you guessed democrap, you would be correct.

Is Obama and his Department of Injustice happy now that they have paved the way for non-citizens to vote?We Answered:
Well! It is federal appeals court so it does appear that his admin, does have their hands in there how stupid can they be!!!!Miguel Said:
Is this the only hope Democrats have, illegal voters? We Answered:
No, and really, is this any different that the GOP disenfranchising the elderly or minority citizens? But, the best hope the D's have is the election of several Tea Party loons. I can't wait for Angle and O'Donnell to introduce legislation outlawing masturbation or criminalizing homosexuality. Or, better yet, repealing social security. I wonder what the 65,000,000 old folks and 7,000,000 members of AARP will have to say about that?
EDIT: actually, my first two items do require answers. I did not make this stuff up. If you follow the history of the O'Donnell/Angle comments you would realize these people are not qualified for the most menial of jobs - let alone positions of leadership. Again, I did not make an issue of those items: Tea Party candidates did. You can't just take the things they say you like - you get stuck with the whole loony package. Good luck with your Tea Party extremists. You are going to need it.

Noncitizen voters? Voting is a right reserved for US citizens....?We Answered:
are not the only source of potential jurors. Here in California a lot of citizens would not register or vote because the didn't want to be called for jury duty. Now driver license holders are included in the jury pool. That is why we have permanent residents (non-citizens) called for jury duty. This may also be the case in Arizona.I'm curious about why you asked this question. Have you heard or read something about non-citizens registering to vote and now you think there is a conspiracy by unqualified people to take over our voting process?
One of the great things about our system is the lack of barriers in voting. In most states all you have to do is fill out a form and as long as you maintain your address you can vote for years with no further actions. In a few states over the last decade they have passed laws that require showing proof of citizenship and residence before you can vote. That means a passport or birth certificate and a driver's license or state ID. What has happened is that the people who are excluded are poorer and older citizens, not non-citizens.
Unqualified voters is not a new problem or simply a non-citizen problem. The story was that under the senior Mayor Daley in Chicago EVERYBODY voted, even the dead. Haven't you heard the old joke about "vote early and vote often." My grandpa earned extra cash by working for local politicians in the 20's by recruiting poor voters, paying their poll tax and making sure they got to the polls and making sure they voted for the 'right' candidate. We have enough laws concerning voter fraud and we just have to enforce them and not worry about piling on more laws to make voting more difficult.
BTW in our city we are considering allowing permanent residents to vote in local elections. You know about that concept of 'no taxation without representation' when people want to become citizens but we hold them off for at least a decade, something that didn't happen in the 1770's.
