I think the dumbest laws do not take age into consideration. For instance you can vote at eighteen but not drink until your 21. You can drive at 16 but not marry independently until 18. You can have an abortion at 16 a not be required to tell your parents. What type of crap is that?Dennis Said:

It's a matter of public acceptance of a despised lifestyle in order to make people feel better about themselves. Just recognizing legal rights isn't enough. Some have to force their view of marriage on the entire population by force of law. The idea is that changing the law will make it acceptable and then they won't feel bad.
