Things don't move all that fast in Texas which still doesn't have a State Income Tax. Texas doesn't need to keep up with progressive States like California. That's why it is less costly to live in Texas as compared to California. Texans don't need all the BS California offers. When it's time to vote Texans just go out and vote they don't need to have the expense of ballots mailed out to every voter many of which most likely don't even live at the same address. It's a waste of money and Texans don't want it changed! If it's not broke don't fix it! If you are a serious voter you will find out who is running and what the propositions are. In Texas it's always on the news anyway. When people start demanding things that are totally unnecessary taxes go up!
Next you will want the State to send you a notice that you need to take your French Poodle to the Pet Groomer!

Definitely, there is an increase due to incentives for voters. However, the statistics is at the Election Office.

If you go to the CA Secretary of State's website and look for the link to "Who is my county elections official?" they are listed there. Or, you can simpley follow the link I list below as my source.

Don't forget to change your address with your County official if you move, and be sure to vote!

Because there were very large financial donations to the campaign coming from Mormon Christian groups from out of state.

And if a law violates the equal protection clause of the US Constitution, it doesn't matter how many people voted for it, it's still illegal. Hopefully there will be a US Supreme Ct. challenge one day.

I am not sure that you can get down to that level.

The exit polls will tell you state-wide demographic information.

While it is possible to get county/precinct level information on who voted and what vote totals were in that county/precinct, I don't know of anyone who actually does demographic analysis at that level.
