For peace of mind, put your name on fraud alert through Trans Union Fraud Dept. Their toll free # 1-800-680-7289. They'll notify the other 2 bureaus and must be renewed every 90 days in order to keep it active. As long as you notified the companies in question, you did your part. Just remember never to carry your social security card or any account numbers in your wallet. You're not the first person who made this mistake. If i can be of any further help, just let me know

nope - in San Diego county you only have to show ID if there was no ID indicated when you registered to vote. The sheet you sign in on will indicate to the poll worker if ID is required.

Even if the registrar of voters wants the voter to show ID, and they don't have it, they can still vote. It is a "provisional ballot" and handled separately.

You have to lodge a missing complaint with the local police station within whose limits you think they have been missed. An acknowledgement will be provided to you on the duplicate copy of your complaint/separate acknowledgement as per procedure in vogue in your state. For driving licence and passport file separate complaints as original acknowledgements are to be given to these departments.
Apply for duplicate passport in the prescribed form to the office of issue, for duplicate D.L. in the prescribed form along with fee to the Regional Transport Authority, to the I.T. department through the agency prescribed with fee for duplicate PAN card, to the RTA of registration of vehicle for duplicate RC. If you attach copy of the originals, if available with you, the task will be easier.
For duplicate Rc, you may hav to attach copy of the insurance certificate, (if expired get a new/renewal policy) emission test report of the vehicle (if not done please get it done at the nearest emission test centre mostly in petrol pump stations) and a no-objection certificate from the bank/financier, if the vehicle is hypothecated/ subject to hire-purchase.
As for ration card, you have to apply to the supply inspector in the prescribed form. This may take some time as enquiry process is prescribed in rules.
Any of these departments may also ask you to insert a newspaper advertisement. Then, a deftly drafted ad has to be published in a newspaper, whose rates will suit your pocket. This ad shall contain all relevant information like the office of issue, expiry date if any as well as the number of the document.

A military ID should probably work. Might also bring along a JEA or cable bill showing your Jax address in case the ID doesn't - that should serve to prove residency if there is any challenge.
