hi , well i tried to find ur aunt using the white pages from Philippines and i was not able to find her name there , however i did find 11 people with the last name SUMAWAY and i not sure if that may help but one of them may be related to her , so if i was u i would look at all of them ( their address and anything which may have a link to where u brother could had been ) and then call some of them just to see if i am lucky .

you should have at least a voters ID that says you are registered.

if you have not voted in the last two elections, then you may have been removed from the list.

if not, then maybe you should check with comelec.
