Congress Vote On Unemployment Extension

Tracey Said:

Why is the Democratic majority Congress voting against paying extension on Unemployment benifits?

We Answered:

Because even they know 3 years is way too long to be paid to sit at home and collect a benefit when there are jobs to be had, just not the ones that people like, but we are allowing America to be come hard core unemployed

Michael Said:

Will Congress pass the vote for unemployment extensions in Nov 2010?

Yes the Democrats will pass it they still have the majority till January. Now exspect the republicans to cancel unemployment extensions when they take control it's nothing personal to you they just want to make Obama look bad at any cost.

Marie Said:

CONGRESS VOTE ON UNEMPLOYMENT?

We Answered:

It'll pass this week. Bunning simply held things up because he wanted to discuss how they were going to pay for it. So he blocked the unanimous consent vote, but it will pass, people may have a 1 week break in checks, but it will continue.

Bunning even said he was for the extension, but he felt strongly about sorting out the funding, which I think is admirable.
