This is becoming a common tactic for the Labour party. Notice it happens in "multicultural" parts of the UK. They've sown up the immigrant vote. They hand out a parcel of postal voting cards to the patriarch of the house and he decides who all the females in his house vote for - i.e. Labour.

Yes she should - I have no reason to believe that she didn't know that she was breaking the law, but ignorance is not an excuse.
