First off, Premiere, Pinnacle, and Ulead are not free. Maybe if you buy them bundled with a capture board or video card but generally no.

There isn't a good free video editing software that does everything well, but for free I would recommend using Virtualdub and AviTricks. If you are resourceful and don't need any super fancy effects you should be able to get by with these tools.

Rosetta stone is a great piece of software for learning languages and I think it includes English, however it is very costly - it uses both voice recognition and simple problems to help you learn faster.

Another one of the best ways to improve your accent is just to watch English TV and Films, with subtitles - hearing the language is one of the best ways to speak it.

The other thing to remember is that there are so many different accents of English that, although you might not sound like the voices you've heard, you'll almost definately be understood by any English speakers.

Good luck in learning, and you can always test your voice online with other English speakers in programs such as Skype, Ventrillo, and other game-chat programs. Hope that helps.

PS: You do type English very well, I couldn't tell it wasn't your primary language by reading that.
