i regestered to vote in a certian county then moved, can i still vote in my new location?

We Answered:

No, your registration is only valid for the county and address where you registered. You could in theory go back and vote at your previous polling place if they still have you on their rolls.

The reason why you need to re-register when you move is because the new address may be within a different special district - water board, board of supervisors, board of education, etc. So even if everything else is the same, you may not have a vote for that special district.
