Of course they shouldn't-- otherwise there would be no reason for them to vote. Massachusetts went for Clinton, but I see no reason to force Ted Kennedy to vote Clinton when he supports Obama. Same goes for Obama states with Super Delegates that support Clinton. If they can't vote their conscience, they might as well not vote.

No.

Nobody knows for sure how any of the legislators will vote on any legislation until after they vote on it.

After the vote has gone down, come back and ask which way they voted.
