Please go to this website: https://wei.secstate.wa.gov/onlinevoterregistration/Registration.aspx to register to vote for the state of Washington. You have until 30 days prior to the November elections to register. Once you are registered, you are registered (unless you move). Hope this helps you. Now, you don't have to just lay back and watch. Go and Vote!

In California, the deadline is 15 days before the election. That would mean you need to register by October 20th.

Every state has its own rules for when you need to register by. Here in NY, today is the deadline.

In New Jersey, Any person entitled to register to vote may register as a voter in the election district in which that person resides at any time prior to the twenty-ninth day preceding any election.

Since election law is controlled at the STATE LEVEL, my advice to you is to call your local County (or Municipal) Clerk, and have a registration form sent to you. You might even get one at a local Post Office, or your Municipal Building. Fill out the form and register. You may have missed this election, but you will be registered for the next one.
