If Domestic Supply Is the Problem, Why Are U.S. Oil Companies EXPORTING 1.6 Million Barrels of OIL every day?We Answered:
Because their patriotism is to the almighty dollar and greed, not to this country. Remember.....this type of company is Bush's base and probably McCain's also. The offshore drilling is an attempt to placate the people. It would not make a huge difference...probably just give Exxon more to export with a government subsidy for their drilling efforts. Just one more case of government being controlled by the haves and have mores. If you want lower prices, just boycott the big oil companies like Exxon....refuse to buy their products. They set the price line for the smaller companies. If nobody buys, they will lower their prices to sell and smaller companies will follow them. Go as green as you possibly can and reduce your dependence on oil. My house is going solar next week and my car was traded for a hybrid. It might not make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things but it will make a huge difference for my own family.

Why would John Mc Cain be a good president in terms of energy policy for the U.S.?We Answered:
He wouldn't be!! Instead of building solar power towers he wants to build 43 new nuclear plants which cost 3 times the price and put out nuclear waste which nobody wants around them. Also his chief economic adviser is Phil Gramm, who is the former senator that slid the Enron Loophole into the 2000 Energy Bill. To Paulofhouston!! Currently Canada doesn't reprocess it's spent nuclear fuel and it is highly radioactive. Also if it did reprocess, it would be less radioactive but would still have to be disposed of. The cost of Candu nuclear plants are extremely high, even though they are more efficient, they would still produce radioactive waste. Why are you so against solar power tower technology?? Maybe you should check out this website http://www.solarmissiontechnologies.combefore you spout off your McCain ignorance.

Does the league of Conservation Voters for New Ad get Rush’s message out?We Answered:
That commercial is hysterical! Doesn't Kalifornia have a 40+ billion dollar deficit under Schwarzenegger and the Liberal Congress in that state? I don't know why anyone would use anything that Schwarzenegger says to prove any point when he is such a poor example of fiscal responsibility. That ad gets an F-. Kalifornia is also emptying their jails because they can't afford to keep them locked up. That state is an absolute mess. Schwarzenegger and Christ don't deserve to have an (R) next to their names. They're not fooling anyone.Ivan Said:

How about the Soros 527's fined $775 k for illegal campaign donations? We Answered:
that was a long damn question!!Unfortunately the 575k is a drop in the bucket to this psycho billionaire, and the damage from the lies is already done. But he can lie, cheat, steal, slander and it's okay because he's a lib and never professed to be for higher standards, so it's okay that he keeps his standards as low and illegal as he wants to

Do Republicans have a poor history when it comes to the environment? We Answered:
Reps fought the Clean Air Act (CAA) and Clean water Act (CWA) in 1970Reps stopped CAA amendments throughout the 1980's.
Under Bush water and air have gotten measurably dirtier for the 1st time since 1970.
Bush allowed a 30% increase in pollution limits for coal plants (Clear Skies Initiative)
Bush allowed 15,000 wild horses to be slaughtered a year to increase grazing on public lands.
Bush defunded Superfund (which cleans up Haz waste sites) and forced taxpayers to foot the bill instead of polluting industries.
Bush cut the number of environmental inspectors and started "voluntary" compliance, which allows polluters to police themselves.
Bush increased the allowable levels of arsenic in drinking water.
Bush increased allowable mercury releases.
And remember it was James watt, Reagan's Sec of Interior (steward of public lands), that said we do not need to protect the environment as Jesus will be back soon so we don't need to save anything. (yes, it's true)
