Elections results in Michigan?We Answered:
it passed. it was narrow, but it went through.Danny Said:
Would it have been smart to withhold the results of the Michigan and Florida primaries? We Answered:
They say hind site is 20/20...It was a poorly thought out concept, and executed in the same manner...
Much like a democratic idea...
What happened to the first 100 days in office? We are still waiting on that one as well...

Why isn't CNN or Fox showing Edwards and Obama's results for the Michigan primary? We Answered:
Edwards and Obama are not on the Michigan primary ballot. They pulled out of the Michigan primary when Michigan decided to move their primary to Jan 15 from it's original February date.
Uncommitted is what the Michigan Democratic party is trying to have Edwards and Obama supporters vote for, so that "uncommitted" can win seats on the electoral college and cast their votes for Edwards or Obama.
It does not appear to be working, however.

Why are people willingly allowing themselves to find excuses not to count voting results? We Answered:
You call it the "W sign"? I call it the sign of Satan.I feel mixed about all of this. First off, and most importantly, Florida and Michigan were warned last year that their votes would not count if they moved it up. They moved it up anyway. That's like telling your child, "Hey, that's hot. Don't touch it or you'll get burned." If they do what they are told, nothing happens, if they disobey your warning, guess what, they get burned.
What I do not understand though, is Iowa was STILL 1st to vote, so who really cares the order or dates of states afterward? What does it even matter? We have been electing Presidents since before Iowa was even a state.
I feel that Michigan should either revote, or be split 50/50 in terms of delegates. They only had Clinton on the ballot so they can't count that when Obama would not get delegates at all. What were they thinking? Blowing all their vote money, when they KNEW it was not going to count.
Florida is a little bit different. Florida's vote should count as is. The reason I say that, is because there, all candidates were on the ballot and all had an equal chance to win. Leave it to Florida to screw up the voting process again.
Honestly, something wreaks to me. And in the end, when we get a Democratic nominee, the other side will fault Michigan and Florida. I can see it coming from a mile away. Also, it seems like somebody is scheming behind the scenes working people like puppets. I bet conspiracy theororists are all ready all over this. As well they should.
Morris Said:
Should the 'Superdelegates keep the results in Florida and Michigan in mind .........?We Answered:
Yes, at least in Florida and here's why:The Florida Democratic primary election ballot had all democratic candidates listed.
Florida Dems have been disenfranchised, through no fault of their own
HB537 was written by a Florida Republican to change Florida's primary date.
A conflict between a state's legislative rights and DNC & RNC rules caused this.
The Florida Democratic Party did NOT change this date.
The Florida legislature has an overwhelming Republican majority.
The state of Florida has a Republican Governor.
The citizens of the state of Florida did NOT vote on this date change.
HB537 was passed in May 2007 & legislatively changed the Florida primary date.
This date was, and still is, unalterable by the Florida Democrats.
