RI is one of those weird states. I like going there for gas, sometimes 20 cents less than CT. But their sales tax is 7% compared to 6%. Depending on what area was polled. They had a mayor in Providence that was elected while in jail. A white guy, Buddy Cianci, was effective cleaning up the streets, but was mob funded.I know Hillary spent some time there.
