Postal Voting Uk
Billie Said:
Does the OCSE monitor elections in this country (U.K.) and if so what did they say about the postal voting ...We Answered:
The OCSE were invited to monitor the elections to the Welsh Assembly in 2007 (at the invitation of the outgoing Assembly Government) and found no irregulaties at all. The OCSE can only monitor an election if the government involved allows them to monitor it. That means that they just cannot enter a country to monitor an election whether they feel like it.
