Should Americans have to pass a fact TEST before voting for the President? We Answered:
In the real world of effectual democracy, this idea would never fly. Voting is a right of every American 18 or older no matter how intelligent or unwise these people are. This country tried a version of a fact test in the form of the despicable "Jim Crow" laws. This is a part of history we should never want to repeat.Charlie Said:

Am I supposed to register again for the 2010 elections if i had already registered & voted at the SK last 2007?We Answered:
The best advice you can be given is to re-register.Most Countries update their electoral rolls yearly.
Youngsters come of age to vote and people die. So it is imperative the register is kept up to date. Otherwise, there is a risk of fraud if some one uses the ID of a person who has passed away.
Dwayne Said:
How do I find an address for somebody not on a voting register? We Answered:
From Bob Rankin, Tour BusWhenever people ask me this question, I tell them about my favorite name, phone and address search tool -- Infospace. At the InfoSpace home page, click on White Pages then you can key in the last name, first name, city and state to start your search for someone in the USA. Here's are some helpful tips to speed up your InfoSpace searching:
Don't enter a first name, or try using just a first initial. The person may be listed under a nickname or a spouse's name.
If a very specific search fails, try leaving one or more of the fields blank.
If you're after someone outside the USA, Infospace also has listings for Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and a page with links to other phone directories around the world. Click on "World Directories" at the Infospace home page to get there
