In Michigan, it's pulled from the driver's license and state ID card lists. If you don't have either, you might be able to call and have your name put in the pool.Federally, they have what's called master jury wheel, but it's not clear how that is created, other than asking computer companies to come up with lists of eligible people. They can use tax rolls and driver's license and state ID lists.
Grand juries have a whole different process that varies by location.

1 - No, you cannot legally vote in both states.2 - No, you wouldn't get caught. Not a snowball's chance in he!!.
3 - Yes, "the government" does have ways to check but it's too lazy to do it. Not that the Democrats would ever allow those checks to be made anyway.

Most States allow early voting, just check with your local Voting Supervisor. Also Absentee Voting is what you are referring to, and most states do offer that also, but you still need to check to see what the restrictions are in Michigan...Yolanda Said:
