Wanda Said:

Illegals are registered to vote in Texas? How can this be happening?

We Answered:

probably the result of some Democratic registration drive.

Benjamin Said:

I am registered to vote in Texas, but live in California. Any chance I can still vote?

We Answered:

Sure, come on down. I'll save y'all a place in line at the poll. We can go knock down a few Long neck Lonestars afterward. Heck, bring some friends, I'll throw a pig on the pit.

Alberto Said:

If I was registered to vote in Texas and then moved away (recently) would I be able to vote still?

We Answered:

It depends how long you've been away. If it's been less than 54 days, you can still vote. If the principal residence was still in Texas and you were away on business or vacation, even up to a year, you can probably vote. but if you maintained a new residence elsewhere for longer than 54 days, probably not.

Gloria Said:

I live in Virginia, I just moved here however I am registered to vote in Texas?

We Answered:

Some states allow you still vote absentee there if you've moved within 30 days of the election. You should call the Virginia election system for your old residence and ask them if you can legally get an absentee ballot:
