what we should do is make the politicians create a web page for every bit of legislation they are either voting on or writing. They should be required to take into consideration the results of the votes on said legislators web site by the voters in his or her district. Maybe 50% of his/her decision should come from the results of those votes on his web site

You have to have congressmen wondering about their district listening to voters one on one and you have to have them in Washington to "lobby" for whatever it is your community wants from the Law and the Feds.

ACORN already registers dead people and fictional characters, how much worse would you like to make it. Voting over the internet would insure that you have more votes than there are people in the US.

There is no way to verify the person nor their age, your baby sister could vote. If we want to stop voter fraud then every voter should have to give a finger print before they are allowed to vote.
Having a finger print would then allow each state to validate that each person only voted one time and if ACORN wants dead people to vote they will have to dig them up and cut off their thumbs.

As an added bonus think of all the crooks that are on the run you might be able to catch.
