1st choice--void florida and michigan.they broke the rules and suffered the consequences. should they be given a second chance, then they set a precedent for all of the other states to move up their dates of the primaries/caucuses to whatever dates they want to without fear of penalty.
these states could then go to court and demand that their delegates be seated just like the ones in florida and michigan were allowed to be seated.
2nd choice--split the delegates in half. hillary gets 183 and obama gets 183.
