No. You can register online but you have to either do a mail in absentee or show up at your precinct. It is probably to late to register online now or get an absentee Ballot.

Can you even imagine how they would attempt to stop voter fraud. As it is the Dallas Cowboy roster were registered in Arizona, and in one state some one registered a ladies dead gold fish. Very few states make you show a picture ID or other form of ID so anyone with a registration card can vote weather they show up as Tony Romo in one precinct and george straight in the next.

We did try having a line item veto set up, but it was declared unconstitutional. The only way now that the president can do that is to veto the whole bill and in writing list the parts of the bill that he objects to, which is a requirement anyway for any bill sent back to congress unsigned.
