Voter List Of Up

Lori Said:

Would you give up your right to a secret ballot if it put an end to voter fraud?

We Answered:

I too understand what you're saying and would almost agree if not for other ways the political machine has exercised corruption. I'm afraid that once they know how you vote they could erase your name from voter registrations and by the time you once again proved who you are and that you aren't a felon polls would be closed. I no longer trust our process after watching Hacking Democracy. I will be taking my cell phone and capturing my vote and the machine it's on. If something screwy happens this time I'm reporting it instead of letting it go as told before.

Renee Said:

If I want to see, whether my name is in Voter's list, which site is useful to find?

We Answered:

Do not bother; shamefully, the Chief Election Commissioner Chawla's name was not in the list when he went to vote in Delhi; but bother much, arrangements were immediately made to include his name, which will not happen in our cases; so, this is a fake voting process.

Melanie Said:

Should the votes in states where ACORN committed registration fraud be thown out?

We Answered:

I believe that the votes already cast should be thrown out all over the country. What's with the early voting thing anyway? If there is any question that ACORNs actions MAY have caused actual voter fraud and not just registration fraud, then the votes should not be counted...but people would have to come out and vote again along with the rest of us. This includes mailed in votes as people have asked for absentee ballots and have received them...yet their registration was falsified. If people can't take the time to vote, they don't deserve to be counted unless they are out of the country...like the soldiers. Even then, I think it would be a good idea to stick everyones finger into a non removable dye just like they did in Iraq. That way, no one can vote a second time under an assumed name.

We Answered:

It's September so Bush must be at his "ranch".

Harold Said:

legal declaration of the voter's list?? what does that mean?

We Answered:

To run for office you need to file with your state's Secretary of State by the filing deadline. You do not need to be affiliated with a major political party, but many states require you to name a party that you are affiliated with. Basically, you don't have to have a party's backing, but in some states you have to say which party you identify most with.

If you're interested in running for office, just google your state and "sos" and it should come up. For instance, type "az sos" for the Arizona Secretary of State's webpage. You should be able to find whatever information you need to file and become a candidate for office. There will likely be a lot of paperwork to fill out to establish residency requirements and eligibility for office. Such as age requirements, state or district residency, US citizenship, etc. Not all offices have age, residency, or US citizenship requirements. Your state Secretary of State office should be able to answer those questions.
