Voter Registration Alabama
Allan Said:
Fox News, ABC news. Reports Voter registration fraud in Dem stronghold city in Alabama. Is this how they win.We Answered:
Chief as usual you have a tomahawk out for No Bama. But as usualyou are right. Voter fraud went to a whole new level when Mayor
Richard Daily Sr. Showed the US how to fix and rig an election.
His Cook country scam bought the Oval office for Kennedy. And
subsequently cost Kennedy his life. So no one won there. When
you have to cheat to win. Your victory is momentary, For you will
be found out.
I certainly agree on the Voters ID. Verifiable Voter registration card.
Valid Photo state ID with Present Address, and what polling booth
your supposed to be at. Without that. Get out of line and go the
hell home.

What is meant by ‘civil rights’??We Answered:
1. Jim Crow laws were in the united states in the 19th century and 20th century, they eventually stopped in the 20th century. the laws meant that black people lived as second class citizens.2. Blacks were trying to get civil rights as ever since they arrived in america from being taken from their homelands africa, they had never had rights. when they came to america they were used as slaves and even when they were not slaves, they were heavily opposed by white supremicists. they wanted rights because as they were no longer slaves then technically they were intitled to the same rights as white people.
3. the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Coloured People) were one of the most influential civil rights groups in america at the time (founded in 1909)
4. i dont know sorry! :(
5. the montgomery bus boycott was something set up in montgomery alabama to basically destroy the bus system. it lasted for 13 months.
6. this was when a trial started that meant a small number of black children were intergrated into a white high school. it was met with disasterous results and the government had to call in the local army to escort each child.
7. james meredith was the first African-American student at the University of Mississippi, an event that was a flash point in the American civil rights movement. it showed that peoples views had changed.
8. not sure sorry
9. sit ins were when black people would sit in white only bars and cafes as an attempt to get publicity and all for the cause of the civil rights movement.
10. not sure
11. Martin luther King started the civil rights movement, and was a powerful and majestic orator (speaker). he influenced so many people and without him who knows what america's views on race issues would be like. he had a very famous speech called "i have a dream" which attracted him a lot of publicity. He was assasinated in 1968, and that shocked basically all of the population. Malcolm X was another influencial figure. whereas MLK wanted equal rights, Malcolm X wanted black power. the X in his name stands for his slave name (surname) as he didnt not want to be known by what americans had called his family when they were slaves. i know too that he was also assinated as he began to go back on his views of black power, moving towards equal rights like MLK.
12. The KKK were a white supremacist group, founded and mainly operating in the deep south and 'bible belt' states of America. they used to oppress anything that would give black people more rights than they already had - which were very little.
13. i'm not familiar with the 1964 civil rights act
14. not familiar with the voting act either
15. a lot of progress had been made by the late 60s. it showed how peoples original anti-black views had been changed and how they did not agree with black people being second class citizens
i hope this helps - it is what i can remember from GCSE american history!

6 Alabama county voter registrations exceed population? We Answered:
The most relevant answer - the "It's so easy to lose heart" one - is the one to focus on.That is our greatest enemy in this war, the silent voices that lure us to surrender.
Don't.
We almost lost the Revolutionary War ...
...how many times? ...
Chin up. There'll be fires. All we can do is put'm out.
Do it.
Busy? Turn to me. I may be about done putting out the last one, or not.
Maybe you'll call on the next tireless trooper.
But, there's too much to gain from our persistence and too much - already gained and loosely held - to lose at the flippancy of inaction.
The thing most sadly lost? That our Posterity will have no grasp of things we've taken for granted. This is Our fight. For them. For the right of the unborn. That they know more beyond the womb than precious vital signs, alone.
It was done for us. And - to whomever may read this, remember: you know full well, whether you've ever brought yourself to thank anyone or not - you're grateful to the core, too, American.
...
Again, keep your chin up. Even in the bleakest moment are glints of humor.
eg: Perry County's district attorney is Michael Jackson.
