State after state, when legislatures debate making changes to their election laws, Democrats try to make fraud easier and Republicans try to make it harder.
BETWEEN election years, Democrats BRAG about fraud.
I think we can safely assume that SOME Republicans commit fraud, but in general, we just have more respect for the process. We could have driven in convoys to illegally vote in Ohio but we didn't and what's more the Secretary of State there knew we wouldn't.

Very true. And since when should people be paid to go out and register voters? If they're not interested enough to take the time to register on their own, they shouldn't even bother voting.
