Voting Age Lowered To 16

Tracey Said:

Should the voting age be lowered to 16 years?

We Answered:

No. Even at age 18, most folks are too inexperienced to make good, informed voting decisions. They are too easily manipulated by emotion, fads and by simple slogans. Which, by the way, is why young people tend to vote Democrat then, when they become older and more experienced, vote Republican.

Lowering the voting age to 16 will give us voters who fall into fads so easily a toy manufacturer can own their vote.

Hazel Said:

If the voting age was lowered to 16 years old, would that give an advantage to what political party?

We Answered:

"Australia is going really well in international rankings in alot of areas. And voting Conservative might ruin that."--- Mate those rankings were built because of a conservative government aka John Winston Howard. Under Howard's 11 years in office Australian life expectancy grew by 3 years and the poorest 10% of the population grew at the same rate as the richest 10%.

p.s You seem like an intelligent person, why are you a socialist?
