Otherwise... you're out of luck

First you need to go and get your address changed at the post office. Next you need to take a prof of your new address and tons of ID with your marriage license to the Social Security office. You will get your new name there, and since you changed your address already, they will be able to mail your new SS card to the new address and it will not get lost. Finally after all of that, you go to the DMV and get your new license (in the city you are moving to) with your new name on it. Make sure you call all of these places a head of time to make sure you have the proper ID's and paperwork. Its a pain. I just got done doing all of that last year. I found it was easy to do it in the order that I did. Good luck!

I don't think so - the security on this will be tight. you better call the clerks office and find out if you have time to CHANGE your information on a registered card. That is the best you can do.

It depends on the district you are in. If it is the same district then it doesn't change. You do have to vote where your ID says you live - I would call really EARLY to the Clerks office to find out.
