I am far from an expert on this issue but it seems to me that we spend a whole lot of money and resources prosecuting marijuana cases that should be allocated elsewhere. I don't smoke pot and frankly, I think those who do are fools, but I don't like millions of dollars spent trying to prevent people from doing something that they are clearly going to do anyway. Alcohol abuse is much more harmful to our society but it is of concern to very few people. Let's spend our money on something more important.

Easy. Liberals would love to get rid of the electoral college because then all they would need are the large cities which vote mainly......Democrat.

That's the whole point of the electoral college. It's to elect a president that appeals to the nation as a whole, not just to big cities or to one section of the country.

Our election process would become more of a pure Democracy if the electoral college was done away with and that's not a good check and balance....it would be mob rule.

Groups like ACORN would love it though. All the dead people votes would count more.
