No, the law isn't meant to "piss off latinos," but to deter illegal immigration. This nation was founded by immigrants and immigrants made this country what it is today. Illegal aliens are criminals and, like other criminals, they only seek to dissolve society from within like a parasite; they are only a hindrance to society. Illegals cost this country $113 billion annually. BTW this happened in Atlas Shrugged as well.

Go to your voting station and request a sample ballot. Your voting station should be listed on your registration card.

The sample ballot lists all the propositions, what a yes vote would mean, and what a no vote would mean.

There will also be local initiatives on your ballot: school re-zonings, fire district dissolutions, bond selling, etc. You will need to check your voting authority for those.
