Should I Forgive Her or Move on?

We Answered:

i think your friend ash is trying to impress you so first of all take that as a compliment. i think she also might feel that shes a third wheel and is still trying to earn your acceptance and that may be the reason why shes acting all annoying and insulting people to you. she probably thinks that youll be entertained by these actions and shell finally be accepted by you. people have a tendency to act stupid in front of people they like, like having a crush on a guy and saying a bunch of dumb things .if it annoys you then why are you friends with her to begin with?there must be something you liked about her to start hanging out with her. so compare what annoys you about her to what made you start hanging out with her and see which one outweighs the other. if you decide to stay friends with her then let her feel accepted and be open and honest with her when things bother you. if you dont decide to be friends with her just slowly let your friendship fade instead of making it obvious because shes a human being who still has feelings.
about the concert, when you see ash and shes asks you how the concert was just say it was nice but it wouldve been so much more fun if you were there and dont continue talking about it

Which is better a Republic or a Democracy?

Republic, because it makes sure 51% of the people do not persecute the other 49%.

Where can I find some beautiful Native American Women?

We Answered:

Anywhere. Wisconsin alone had hundreds of Indian Reservations. I live in Montana near the Flathead Indian Reservation- it's nice. But, really, anywhere at all in the United States.

Affordable housing for all Australians?

We Answered:

The Government can probably do some more to assist, but the biggest problem is that people want to live close to capital cities. Until more people are happy living in Lithgow, Goulburn, Maitland and Jamberoo and travel into Sydney to work then house prices will never reach the level that I believe you are hoping for.

The government already provides public housing to those who are unemployed and quite simply I don't believe they are in the position to help any more beyond the first home owners grant and waiving stamp duty. As a general rule, if you spend more than 33% of your wage on housing (mortgage or rent) then you are living outside your means.

I bought my first house 3 years ago in a fast growing regional/rural area some 500km from the capital city. I expect that if I lived in Sydney, there would be no way I could afford to even rent there! I don't believe there would be any way the government could develop non profit scalable housing because private investors and developers are prepared to pay BIG dollars for their piece of the housing market.

Ultimately people, businesses and government departments need to look at other areas to live, work and operate a business outside capital cities. There is no reason your business couldn't be in Dubbo, Tamworth or Deniliquin - and these towns need more people anyway! This would be the ultimate WIN WIN situation for everyone.

Where is the best Area of Sydney to live?

We Answered:

^Fruitsalad, I wholeheartedly disagree with your FALSE opinion. You say the far west is dangerous, but who wants to live near the city when it's highly dense, has too much drunk bastards, too much crime, gets too loud and of course, it has OLD FREAKING HOUSES. Poor people will be there and they are mostly dangerous. Some people there actually live in poverty. Please, it's not a good place to raise a family. It's good for students, yes, but not for a family.

The greater west (Hills Shire, Sutherland Shire, Macarthur, South West) is actually good because NOT MANY people live there, thus you'll have LOW CRIME. Also, they have a lot of newer homes, unlike those near the city/beaches.

Anyways, to the questionnaire; At all costs, AVOID living near the coast/city (the inner west and the east of Syd). The further west you go, the more safe you are.

The only crime that happens in the west is in Auburn, Bankstown, Blacktown, Granville, Punchbowl and Lakemba. And these are the only unsafe six suburbs in the west, out of 20-30 safe suburbs there. Oh, these suburbs are sort of close to the inner west.

EDIT 2: Politically, the Sutherland and North Hills Shires are not considered to be in the "west", but geographicallly they are. I look at my facts from geography, not some mayor.

Look at the Sydney CBD on the map and see where those two shires are located (one obviously is NORTH-WEST of Sydney and the other is SOUTH-WEST). Please, don't teach about me facts when it comes to geography. I'm a geography freak. I admit, I didn't know that the Shires were not considered to be in the west. But from a map, they LOOK like they are.

Who was talking about Fairfield, Liverpool and Bankstown? Those are as bad as the inner west since they're also highly-densed. I'm talking about the FAR west (Wetherill Park, Abbotsbury, Wakely, Greenfield Park, Edensor Park, etc). They are quite safe. If not, at least, they offer new, luxurious homes and quiteness, unlike those homes near the beach.
